Lucas built his foundation in the restaurant industry before moving into a people-focused business career, where he advanced into management by combining hands-on experience with a strong work ethic and a natural ability to connect with others.

With a background in business economics and computer science, his career progression reflects a clear shift from academic study into real-world leadership, where he found his strength in coaching, team development, and performance-based growth.

Lucas is originally from Upstate New York but grew up in the Queens Area. He started in the restaurant/diner industry at a young age coming from a hard working Greek and Italian Background. He has an educational background with a business economics degree and a minor in computer science. During his time in college, he came to realize that his passion was not economics but rather working with people and getting to know them. He wanted to gain a hands on managerial experience. His main priority in his career is getting to meet new people, grow, and help others achieve success and bring the best out of them.

He is committed to helping marketing professionals sharpen their skills, expand their mindset, and step confidently into greater responsibility through mentorship and example. Lucas values the impact of strong sales leadership, and his goals center on helping others grow, building future entrepreneurs, and creating long-term financial security for his family.

Inspired by the sacrifices he watched his parents make, he is driven to become a top manager in the organization while opening doors for others who want to create success of their own.

He understands the importance that in order to succeed, you have to work hard. He watched his father become an owner of his own diner and worked endless hours there, having to sacrifice spending time with family including holidays and family gatherings. His mom had to take on the responsibility of raising 4 kids at home. His goal is to help his family be financially secure in the future and retire them. He wants to use his knowledge to help change others and guide them along as well.

Lucas sees himself as someone that can learn and network with top managers in the country in order to become a top manager for the organization himself. He finds joy in helping people grow and achieve their short/long term goals. He wants others to have the opportunity that he was given and find people that want to become entrepreneurs themselves in order to achieve their own financial success.
