Assistant Manager

Lucas is originally from Upstate New York but grew up in the Queens Area. He started in the restaurant/diner industry at a young age coming from a hard working Greek and Italian Background. He has an educational background with a business economics degree and a minor in computer science. During his time in college, he came to realize that his passion was not economics but rather working with people and getting to know them. He wanted to gain a hands on managerial experience. His main priority in his career is getting to meet new people, grow, and help others achieve success and bring the best out of them.

He understands the importance that in order to succeed, you have to work hard. He watched his father become an owner of his own diner and worked endless hours there, having to sacrifice spending time with family including holidays and family gatherings. His mom had to take on the responsibility of raising 4 kids at home. His goal is to help his family be financially secure in the future and retire them. He wants to use his knowledge to help change others and guide them along as well.

Lucas sees himself as someone that can learn and network with top managers in the country in order to become a top manager for the organization himself. He finds joy in helping people grow and achieve their short/long term goals. He wants others to have the opportunity that he was given and find people that want to become entrepreneurs themselves in order to achieve their own financial success.
