It’s just about time to celebrate the New Year, but before we do it’s important to look back on all that we’ve done in 2019. It was a great year for everyone in the Ace Concepts office, and we saw results in all areas of our operations. We exceeded our goals for growth, expanding the reach of our firm and helping team members earn their way into leadership roles. We also gave more than we had planned, surpassing our philanthropy goals.
We’re not ones to rest on our laurels, but it does feel good to reflect on our Ace Concepts victories. The value in reflection goes way beyond good feelings though; when we consider what we’ve done in the last twelve months, we have the data we need to create sensible yet challenging goals for the future.
For example, because we analyzed the growth that followed each promotion in 2019, we know that we want at least three (and would like five) sales and marketing analysts to move into leadership. We also know how many fiber optic solution providers we need to add to our portfolio to expand our operations, and for this we’ll need to groom at least one promotional specialist (preferably two) for account manager roles.
